Special Education

Bondurant–Farrar, in conjunction with Heartland Area Education Agency, offers quality services for students with disabilities from birth through twenty-one. Special Education services are based on the student’s individualized education plan or IEP. Goals are established and monitored, depending on the disability in the areas reading, written language, math, speech and behavior. Early Childhood Special Education services are provided for students age three through five.
Special education associates/paras participate in six to eight research-based professional development training sessions annually.

- Student Behavior
- Data Collection and Progress Monitoring
- Connections to the Iowa Core
