Bond Referendum: November 7, 2023

The projects specified on the ballot must be allocated and expended exactly as outlined. The full ballot language of the 2023 bond referendum reads:
"Shall the Board of Directors of the Bondurant-Farrar Community School District in the Counties of Polk and Jasper, State of Iowa, be authorized to contract indebtedness and issue General Obligation Bonds in an amount not to exceed $48,000,000 to provide funds to construct, build, furnish, and equip a new elementary building and improve the site; to construct, build, furnish, and equip a classroom addition to the high school building, including related remodeling and site improvements; and to construct, build, furnish, and equip a baseball/softball athletic facilities and tennis/pickleball courts and improve the sites?"
It is important to exercise your right to vote! Registered voters residing within Bondurant-Farrar's school district boundaries can cast a ballot in the November 7 election.
Early, In-Person:

Registered voters can vote early in-person at the Polk County Election Office, located at 120 2nd Avenue (Suite A) in Des Moines.
Early voting is open October 18, 2023 through November 6, 2023 at 4:30PM.
Absentee Voting:

Registered resident voters can download absentee ballot request forms from the link below.
Forms must be received by the Polk County Election Office prior to October 23, 2023, at 4:30PM.
On November 7:

Registered resident voters can vote on November 7, 2023 between the hours of 7:00AM - 8:00PM.
Polling locations vary based on your home address.
