July 1st - Transportation Google form links will go live by 8:00 am and will be included in the re-registration email from the District Registrar.

 

July 31st - Transportation request due for the transportation department to begin processing and routing.

 

August 1st - Families of students who have been approved for a seat will begin receiving notification that their request is in process with our department.  Paying instructions will be included in the email and may begin paying the fee (either in full or 1st semester).  

 

August 1st - Families will be notified if students are placed on a bus waiting list.

 

August 9th - Transportation OBS fees due (either full payment or 1st semester payment) - Non-payment of fees will result in seats being released to families on waiting lists.

 

August 12th - Transportation department will begin to inform families on waiting list if seat is available due to non-payment of fees

 

August 14th - Country bus information letters will be sent out to families via USPS

 

August 16th - Transportation Google form will close for final processing of students.  No additions to routes will occur through July 31st.  Families may begin to sign up again after August 30th.

 

August 16th - The transportation website will be live with OBS bus stops/group country stops and times by the end of the day.

 

Week of August 19th - Bus passes and letters available at Back-to-School Nights at schools.  Dates and times of Back-to-School nights will be announced by each school.

 

August 23rd - First day of school - 2pm Dismissal for students

 

December 1st - All 2nd semester payments due
